DANIEL PARDO
FOUNDER | AGENT
As the founder of Stride Sports Group, formerly known as Pardo Sports Management, Miami-based Daniel Pardo brings over four years of multifaceted experience in the NIL space.
After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 2021, Daniel gained experience on the business side of NIL before transitioning into athlete representation. He built the agency with the goal of helping players reach the next level, find better opportunities, develop their brands, and maximize their value on and off the court.
Tramel Raggs
Director of Athlete Partnerships
Tramel Raggs brings over a decade of experience across sports media, division I coaching, recruiting, athlete development, and brand building. Before joining Howard University’s men’s basketball staff, he spent six years with The Washington Post covering basketball at the high school, college, and professional levels. At Howard, he helped the program win a school-record-tying 24 games and secure its first NCAA tournament victory in program history.
Now serving as Stride Sports Group’s Director of Athlete Partnerships, he uses his extensive relationships across professional, college, and grassroots basketball to create opportunities and help athletes build successful careers on and off the court.
Avin Nauth
HEAD OF ATHLETE RELATIONS
As Head of Athlete Relations with Stride Sports Group, Avin Nauth is a young, hungry basketball professional with experience coaching with Team Canada, working closely with Division I programs, and more than three years in the NIL space. He has helped over 40 athletes transfer or commit to Division I programs and more than 60 athletes secure opportunities across all levels of college basketball.
Avin combines an extensive network, relentless work ethic, and player-first approach to strategically position athletes, maximize their opportunities, and guide every stage of their careers on and off the court.
